Marcus McNeely has been in the field of GMP/ISO metrology, validation and quality systems for over thirty years. He has managed cGMP/GLP/GSP calibration programs in both manufacturing and laboratory environments, in addition to holding responsibilities in various quality programs. He also worked extensively in the field of asset management software / services, providing healthcare and ISO industries with turnkey software implementation, general consulting and training.
With MMc Consulting Services, Inc., Marcus interfaces with industry in establishing, managing and maintaining calibration / asset management programs and asset management software. He regularly contributes and presents papers, editorials and technical documents at numerous conferences, web venues and symposia. He has provided technical input for multiple versions of the NCSL International RP-6 technical standard. Marcus holds a degree in electronics engineering technology and has served NCSL International for many years, formerly as the Healthcare Metrology Committee Chair and subsequently on the Board of Directors.
He has compiled industry-recognized cGMP calibration and asset management quality system training courses for a worldwide audience. In the software industry, he played key roles in conceptualizing feature development, as well as post-development configuration of industry standard computerized calibration and maintenance management software.
